Version 1.0 (1663) patch notes
Patch #6 adds mission Save & Resume and fixes Iron Road progression, medal achievements, visual effects and missing supporter names.
Fixed
Iron Road no longer soft-locks when two shells hit the train at the same time
The official changelog reports that simultaneous impacts on the reinforcement train no longer prevent the mission from progressing.
Steam achievements for mission Gold medals now unlock correctly
The current release associates each campaign mission with its own achievement for collecting every Gold medal in that mission.
- All 15 campaign missions have a distinct all-Gold achievement association.
- A live Steam unlock remains the final end-to-end test of the repaired achievement flow.
Motion blur is restored during screen-shake events
Screen-shake events should now include their intended motion blur regardless of the motion-blur toggle setting.
The consecutive-kills medal in Iron Road can now be obtained
Iron Road still awards the Unrelenting Volley Medal at kill streaks of 5, 10 and 20 for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively; the patch fixes the previously impossible progression.
- The active medal thresholds remain 5 consecutive kills for Bronze, 10 for Silver and 20 for Gold.
- The requirements did not become easier in this update; the reported fix concerns the medal's operation.
Holding the cat no longer blocks the view while using stations
The official changelog reports that the held cat no longer obstructs station interactions.
Missing Patreon Operator-tier names were added to the guns
The current release includes dedicated Operator-tier supporter engravings on the guns.
Missing names were added to the credits and gun barrels
Updated supporter-name content is present in both the credits and the gun-barrel displays.
Added
Save a mission when exiting and continue it later
The pause flow now offers Save & Exit. Returning to a mission with a save presents Continue or New, while saves that no longer match the current mission version receive a compatibility warning.
- Save & Exit is available from the in-mission menu.
- A saved mission can be continued or replaced with a new attempt.
- The game checks mission-save compatibility before loading it.
